一基本情况
万春鹏,男,博士,助理研究员,江西南昌人,1983年4月生,江西农业大学第五批“未来之星”,江西农业大学首批“青年教授”,美国罗德岛大学博士后。主要从事柑橘采后贮藏技术、植物化学及其功能等研究。主持完成国家自然科学青年基金,江西省自然科学基金,人社部留学回国人员择优资助项目,中国博士后科学基金等项目6项,在研江西省优势科技创新团队带头人项目,参与其他国家级和省部级项目10余项。在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry,Postharvest Biology and Technology和果树学报等期刊发表论文50余篇,申请国家发明专利20项,授权10项。

2001年9月—2006年6月,甘肃中医学院,学士;
2006年9月—2009年6月,江西中医学院,硕士;
2009年9月—2012年6月,南昌大学,食品科学与技术国家重点实验室,博士;

2011/02–2011/12和2014/06–2014/09,美国罗德岛大学,公派访问学者、博士后
